For the ARC Logistics Hub, Aquashield Building Systems implemented a Long-Span PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) solution. The roofing shed was designed to eliminate intermediate pillars, providing the client with 100% floor-space utilization.

The roofing system utilizes specialized anti-capillary side laps and standing seam technology, making it perfectly suited for Navi Mumbai's heavy monsoon seasons. The high eave height was optimized for vertical racking systems, doubling the storage capacity of the warehouse.
